STEP 1 :
Initial Consultation
- We begin by orienting ourselves with your unique needs and goals for your space – collaborating and sharing ideas to clarify your vision.
- We will schedule an onsite visit to take overall square footage measurements and get a sense of your needs and desires.
- Then, we will create a custom proposal for your unique project with a clear scope of work, timeline, flat rate design fee and your furnishings investment estimate
STEP 2 :
Conceptual Design
- From there, we will hone in on your design style through a series of questionnaires and an in-depth, one-on-one style discovery session.
- We will begin developing your vision, selecting key pieces and finishes to convey the overall transformation.
- We will provide initial floor plans and firm up your furnishings investment estimate (to be finalized during the upcoming detailed design phase).
- We will also begin partnering with your build professionals and confirm the overall feasibility and timeline of the design project.
STEP 3 :
Detailed Design
- This is where every element of your space is finalized, and we create detailed proposals.
- We walk you through the design with a room-by-room presentation, allowing you to see and touch as many of your selections as possible.
- You’ll be able to visualize every last detail of your transformation – with room-by-room proposals at the agreed upon investment level.
STEP 4 :
Construction and Procurement
This is where it all begins to come together:
- We develop your care and maintenance guide, and collaborate with any build professionals you’ve hired. Any necessary construction or renovation is completed during this time.
- We place and track orders and collaborate with our trade and vendor network to procure furniture, fixtures and finishes.
- Final decor elements are also sourced at this time, ensuring that we have expertly tailored your space down to the last juicy detail.
STEP 5 :
Installation
- We coordinate and oversee every last detail, working with our white-glove delivery service and team to ensure an exciting, turnkey reveal!
- Your space will be expertly curated, from furniture placement aligned with the feng shui bagua map, to a beautifully layered lighting plan, and the balancing of the 5 elements and masculine and feminine energies.
- Any photography and video footage is typically captured within 1-2 days of your final installation.
- We provide you with a Care and Maintenance Guide, and create a punch list of any issues to be resolved in a timely manner.
